  2.    This batch file will now run PSL_NEWS.EXE.
  3.     
  4.    Once the program is running, you can press F1 for more instructions,
  5.    although the use of the program should be pretty obvious and simple.
  6.     
  7.    In brief, you select a category, read about programs, and press I to
  8.    install one. The installation will leave you at the DOS prompt. At
  9.    that point, change to the drive and directory you specified during the
  10.    installation.
  11.     
  12.    PsL's installation simply un-ZIPs the files onto your hard disk.
  13.    Some programs may require you to perform a further installation.
  14.    After the files are put on your hard disk. Look for files like INSTALL 
  15.    or files with README in the name or with extensions of .DOC or .TXT.
  16.    These files can be read with the VIEW program from the CD. If your CD
  17.    is drive D:, for example, type D:\VIEW READ.ME (after you change to
  18.    the installed program's drive and directory).
